Dog Health Arthritis

Is there anything i can do about my dog’s health?

Lets see here… he’s 13 years old and he has rotting teeth, he got hit by a truck when he was younger and he has arthritis now, plus he has this wierd wart thing on his head. Is a old dog suppose to be like this?
Oh yea i think he also has tapeworms… Im taking him to the vet on friday-
Forgot to mention he is an outside dog, but dont say theres anything wrong with that, thats where dogs are happy, outdoors!
Yes i do worm my dog by the way, the medicine the vet gives does not prevent tapeworms!

NO a dog does not need rotting teeth a yearly check up with a vet plus keeping them clean by cleaning them, prevent rotten teeth
